High on a hill overlooking the beautiful Severn River, this waterfront renovation includes a wrap around blue stone porch and Hardi plank siding.
The owner of this memory filled home spent lots of time here during his childhood after which it sat empty for 25 years. He contemplated razing it and building a custom home but we were glad that he decided to let our architect, Jeff Penza, design plans to renovate the home instead. The relative who originally built it was a pilot so, from a bird’s-eye view, the original house looked like a bi-plane with the round porch resembling the cockpit and the one room wide body of the home its wings.
